INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY was celebrated in BNPCOP

We had Mrs. Pearl Suraj Shukla and Ms. Sharavati Vasant Shetty to guide us and help us celebrate this day and to learn the yoga in proper way. We conducted yoga session for all students and teachers as well and like from KG to UG students were present.

A few minutes of yoga during the day can be great way to get rid of stress that accumulates daily, in both body and mind. Meditation is relaxation and rejuvenate the body and mind. With this aim in mind a yoga session was organised on 4/05/2022 by the students of physiotherapy in Br Nath Pai College of physiotherapy. The session was started at 8.00 am. And attended by all the students of Br. Nath Pai CBSE School Different Yoga asana were taught to the students and the all enjoyed and learned the importance of yoga. The session lasted for 3 hours.
